Welcome to We Got Game. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of wegotgm.com, hoops.wegotgm.com, and related services (collectively, the "Services") operated by We Got Game, Inc., a subsidiary of Tanis Technologies, Inc. ("We Got Game," "we," "our," or "us").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Description of Services

We Got Game is a basketball court finder platform serving New York City. Our Services include:

• An interactive map and directory of 576+ public basketball courts across all five NYC boroughs
• Court search, filtering, and favorites functionality
• NBA player content feeds including lifestyle, stats, and game data
• Subscription-based premium features

2. Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account or use the Services. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

2.2 Account Creation

You may create an account using:

• Email and Password: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• Google OAuth: By linking your Google account, you authorize us to access your name, email, and profile picture
• Phone Authentication: By providing your phone number, you consent to receiving verification codes via SMS

2.3 Account Security

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

3.1 Available Plans

• Free: Access to court finder, map, and basic features at no cost
• Pro ($50/year): Full access to NBA player lifestyle feeds, "Off The Court" content, and enhanced stats
• All-Pro ($80/year): Everything in Pro plus AI-powered insights, advanced analytics, and priority features

3.2 Payment Processing

Subscription payments are processed through Square, Inc. By subscribing, you agree to Square's terms of service. We do not store your payment card information on our servers.

3.3 Billing Cycle

• Subscriptions are billed annually from the date of purchase
• Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• We will send renewal reminders via email before your subscription renews

3.4 Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing page
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You retain access to premium features until the end of the paid period
• No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period

3.5 Refunds

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact legal@tanistechno.com within 14 days of purchase for refund inquiries.

4. User Conduct

When using the Services, you agree NOT to:

• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services, other accounts, or computer systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers connected to the Services
• Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent subscription paywalls or feature restrictions
• Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple users to access a single account

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Property

The Services, including all content, features, functionality, design, code, and branding, are owned by We Got Game, Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. "We Got Game," the We Got Game logo, and "BIBI-5" are trademarks of We Got Game, Inc.

5.2 Third-Party Content

Player statistics, game data, and certain content are sourced from third-party providers. Such content is provided for informational purposes and remains the property of its respective owners.

5.3 Court Data

Basketball court information is compiled from public sources including NYC Parks Department data. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or currency of court information.

6. Disclaimers

6.1 Court Information

Court availability, conditions, hours of operation, and other details may change without notice. We Got Game does not guarantee the accuracy of court information displayed on the platform. Always verify court availability before visiting.

6.2 "As Is" Service

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6.3 Player Content

Player lifestyle content, statistics, and game data are provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. We do not endorse or verify the accuracy of third-party content aggregated through our platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE GOT GAME, INC., TANIS TECHNOLOGIES, INC., AND THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of data or profits
• Personal injury or property damage related to court visits
• Interruption of service or loss of access
• Errors or inaccuracies in court or player data

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Account Termination

8.1 By You

• You may delete your account at any time through your account settings
• Account deletion initiates a 30-day cooling-off period during which you may cancel the deletion
• After 30 days, your account and associated personal data are permanently deleted

8.2 By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last Updated" date
• Sending an email notification to your registered email address for significant changes

Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in New York County, New York.
